Jeff Civian

Jeff Civian is a real estate developer and longtime aviation enthusiast whose work spans commercial, residential, and senior living projects across the western United States. Based in Wailea, Hawaii, he has led REACH-CSC, LLC since 2004 as developer and owner of a purpose-built hangar at the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, California. He constructed and maintains a REACH Mediplane pilot/duty room hangar and brings hands-on experience managing complex development activities from planning and design through construction and ongoing operations.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Civian has focused extensively on senior assisted living, serving in leadership roles with Oakmont Developers and working on projects affiliated with Aegis Assisted Living and Oakmont Senior Living. As vice president, he developed bidding, construction, and management strategies and supported the expansion of assisted care communities throughout the region. His project experience also includes entitlement and design oversight for large-scale residential planning, including approvals and site planning for hundreds of homes and major recreational amenities.

Mr. Civian holds a master of science in civil engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and studied renewable natural resources at the University of California, Davis. Active in civic life, he has served on multiple planning commissions and contributed to community development efforts. Outside of work, he is a multi-engine instrument-rated private pilot with more than 3,200 flight hours and enjoys making music on several instruments.
